A £6 million project to provide a, BREEAM Excellent and Equalities Act compliant, modern station facility with booking hall and passenger waiting areas.

A Trend IQ3 BMS has been installed into an open plan foyer which incorporates public toilets, retail outlets, coffee shops and a travel centre.

The scheme comprises a mix of low temperature hot water plant, boilers, air handling units and air conditioning controls.

Interfacing with new utility meters using MODBUS and MBUS interface technology, meter data was made available on the existing Trend system.
