The construction of a new two-storey extension to provide additional general learning space together with specialist ICT classrooms.

A Trend IQ3 system was installed and interfaced to the existing site Trend BMS. The scheme comprises a mix of low temperature hot water plant, and natural ventilation controls. Motorised windows to classroom window elevations on each floor provide natural ventilation air quality control, in accordance with space temperature and CO2 sensors strategically placed in each classroom.

The motorised window actuator controllers interface with the Trend IQ3 BMS using BACNET open protocol.
